EVS cameras provide event-based data. Event-based pixels continuously sample incident light instead of capturing frames, generating a signal only when light intensity changes.
Event vision sensors constantly monitor photocurrent in response to illuminance changes, responding with an on or off signal when illuminance exceeds a predetermined threshold. Therefore, they have no shutters.
